Was cleared today for anorexia....I have questions..??!
Question: can someone help me be excited. When I found this out I immediately felt fat and felt like I needed to loose weight. Am I always going to have to deal with this? Someone found out about my anorexia and was judging me. Am I always going to be judged?

You will probably always deal with some sort of image related feelings it is OK. If someone judges you don't worry about it they don't understand. This could be a scary time for you but remember one thing you have fought the battle and won WOW. Remeber to us positive thoughts and tell yourself how beautiful you are, you are a beatiful person smile, laugh. And do just want you are doing today ask your questions, I know you will get excited soon that little monkey that was on your back is just hanging on by a thread cut it loose my friend and enjoy the life you have been just given,.

you are your own worst enemy..fist you have to understand that most people could care less about your personal dilemmas..i know that as a kid and being in high school and stuff kids are more likely top pretend they care and all that drama..but once that time of your life has pat and you get into the real world..it wont be an issue to anyone but you..
