I am more active than most, but I can't get rid of this fat.?!


Question: I work out at least once a week, usually 2-3 times a week. I eat 2-3 meals per day, small-normal portions, occasionally eat something like pizza. I walk to all of my classes and I'm a high-energy type person (I like to run around, be hyper, do handstands and stuff).

Even with all of this, I have these annoying fat spots. My chest and stomach are the worst areas. My arms, legs, and shoulders are all very lean and muscular, but my stomach and chest has a good deal of fat, and also I have a bit on my face.

Anyone know how I can get rid of this?

I lost a lot when I went to only eating 4-5 oz of meat twice a week and alot more veggies, fruit, rice, eggs, yogurt and also went to eating five times a day. For me they are all small meals, like a meal out will make three for me and I eat slowly and drink tons of water, about 10 a day. All women have boob fat, for your tummy try isometrics. Make sure you are within healthy bmi though, on this kind of diet you loose it pretty fast.

You need to work out your core muscles more. This should build muscle in those areas and decrease fat.

I recommend Pilates for core strengthening. You can also do research on the internet for exercises that work the core.

Running, plain and simple do crap loads of running.

I think that a good way to get rid of fat from your stomach is to do alot of sit ups. Pilates is also a good way and stretching.

ur diet is not normal. try to follow this diet plan u may get rid of extra fat

1) Start taking your food with out any oil. Try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork. Please note and put it in ur mind that nothing fried or oily.
2) Try to chew ur every food for atleast 20 times. And then swallow it into ur stomach.
3) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
4) Don
