Sounds very logical to me! My Mom will love it :) She is a beer-fan. I can't drink though, which is really only my own loss (medically I can't).
haha .. it would be great if alcohol consumption actually worked in this way ;) we'd all be drinking before exams / tests .. but sadly it doesn't ...
the reason people act how they do after consuming alcohol is because they simply kill brain cells not on how slow or fast they are - the cells within the nervous system control how the body functions , when to many of these ' brain cells ' are killed it affects the body through slowed reaction , how well one can control himself/herself.
This is why after drinking peoples reaction speed to almost everything is slowed .. thinking , moving , responses . sorry to kinda kill your theory .. =(
