How can I continue to get buff?!
Question: I have been lifting weights for a few months now and am seeing some results in my arms, which has been my main goal. I have been trying to increase a little bit, but it is hard, I don't feel like I'm getting THAT much stronger. So will my arms continue to get more muscular looking if I keep going and lifting the weight I've been lifting? Or do I need to increase the weight and/or do different exercises all the time?

You will have to increase something. Usually with my clients I have them go up 2 reps for a week or two then increase the weight and go down 4 reps.
So if you started doing 10 lbs for 10 reps go up to 12 reps for 2 weeks then go down to 8 reps and increase the weight to 12 or 15 lbs.
You might also want to think about why your not feeling stronger. Are you allowing enough rest? Are you eating well? Are you getting enough water and protein?
Things to think about.
