Maybe when you eat your meals you eat too quickly, this can cause heartburn and also indigestion. You shouldnt over-indulge until that 'bloated' feeling comes on because it's simply not good for you and this is what is causing your heartburn. I think you need to slow down and take your time eating your meals, that way, not only will it stop you from getting heartburn it will also allow your body tell you when you are 'full' instead of carrying on eating.
Heartburn also has something to do with what kind of food your eating.. Do you eat a lot of spicy/fast food?
I think next time you feel hungry after a meal drink some water, that usually 'fills' you up, or if your still hungry you could try eating some fruit to supress your hunger.

Maybe you eat too fast you should take about 20 to 25 minutes to eat your meal cos that's how long it takes for your brain to realise your stomach is full

hope that helps :)

It takes 15 minutes for your brain and hunger to communicate. Try to have regular meals, depending on your sleeping schedule. Like 7:30 breakfast then have a snack at maybe 9. Lunch at 12 then have afternoon tea around maybe 3. Then Dinner at 6 and if you want desert after. Don't eat meals just before you go to sleep, you wont burn it off.

u r suffering vth islominia,, leukeminia or cunsult doctor if any doubt on my advice

It's likely that you're not eating the right foods. You need to eat foods that have a low glycemic index (GI). They release the glucose (sugar) from the food into your body much slower, so you are kept fuller and satisfied for longer.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://health-fit.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.

It may be that you're not getting enough carbohydrate with your meals. Try having more wholegrains like brown rice and see if this helps.

If not, I find drinking a warm drink like fruit tea fills me up without the calories.

It may not even be hunger, you may just be bored so could try doing an activity you enjoy when you start to feel cravings.

If all else fails I find brushing my teeth soon after eating means I'm less likely to snack later.

Good luck. X
