Which calf muscle workouts focus more on the outer part?!


Question: calfs are are tough to grow and you would need large weights to make it happen. You could only do this with a calf bench. A common excercise for the outside of the calfs is by keeping the two tips of your feet wide open, i would illustrate it as the charlie chaplin feet. On a calf bench you'd have the weights resting on your shoulder and the tips of your feet sustained on a step so you could move the heels below the toes....
