I would agree with Sapper, hahaha, and all the recipes are great but in my case, I put a full glass of Ice and then Pepsi, is really cool, it cheers you up, yes it has sugar but if you are tired it makes wonders and still is not that bad to your health.

Remember also to exercise of course. Is not the best recipe, but at leat for me, the best, don't use coke as is to heavy.

buy some of the crystal clear to-go flavor packs! one packet goes in a 20oz. bottle of water. they're good for you (vitamin c) and they taste pretty good! i feel the same way about water!

Drink flavored water, or add lemon w/ sugar substitute, crystal light or propel mix to your water....

Bam!!

:) Good Luck

If you want to make it more "exiting" drink it with some Epsom Salts or Andrews Liver Salts - that'll make it "exit" soon enough!
ON THE OTHER HAND, if you want to make it more exciting then mix it with some fruit juices - or better still, make a decent cup of tea with it ! ! !

Water may be lame in your opinion, but it is a necessity.
A couple glasses a day is going to hurt you.

i like water. make it into squash, thats always fun

You could try a squeeze of lemon or lime or even orange, or how about decaf fruit teas - they have a huge variety these days in most stores so you're unlikely to get bored. And put them in the fridge for an 'iced tea'.

Have fun experimenting ;-)

A double "scotch" makes water much more palatable, but easy on the water.

Crystal Light!!!!

Flavored water, tea, Crystal Light.

tea coffee blackcurrant lemon wedges, ice......

How about a nice cup of tea. While you're there, I'll have milk and one sugar in mine please.

Tea is a great drink. Not only is it full of anti-oxidants and other vitamin-type stuff, its also tasty and now available in both leaf AND handy one cup tea 'bags'. Just the ticket for the chap or chapess on the go.

i add the water flavoring packets to my water. i have several flavors so i do not get tired of any 1 type. i just started drinking water last summer, before that i had only drank soda or tea for most of my life because i did not like the taste of water, but i developed kidney stones from not enough water and fibrocystic breasts from the caffeine. i still have a soda with dinner sometimes, but i drink water most of the time now. i enjoy trying out the new flavors.
