How many times a week do you work out?!

The very best is 3 days weight for 2 days run, but of course, here you need special diet and time to do the exercises and recover, when you have bills to pay and work to do, sometimes 12 hrs then everything goes difficult and impossible, so less say that 3 times a week would be good.

I do like very much weight and combine it with karate, it gives you resistance, power, endurance and in case of something is also very useful.

Every day. I have Brain Training for the DS and I have to work out sums and things.

I train with weights 2 days on and 1 day off. I do cardio on my off days. my two favorite exercises are squats and bent over rows.

I do a 30-minute cardio intensive workout every day. I don't do too much weight and muscle building exercises as I think the world has too many musclebound knuckleheads.

Now they'll just have a knucklehead.

I go to the gym twice a week religiously, and again on the weekend if I dont have anything important to do.
Plus I walk to work (about 40 minutes) 3 times a week, and I dont drive so I have to walk everywhere if I need to go somewhere.
My favourite thing to do at the gym is the Cross Trainer but its very hard work.

I work out 4 times a week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday's. Full body work outs no more then 2 exercises per body part and no more than 3 sets of 10 reps for each. It is exceptional if you really want to get strong. Bench Press is definetely my favorite exercise.

3 - 4 times a week at the gym and 3 hrs of sport and i feel great. Now all i need to do is improve my diet :P

everday 1 to3 hours a day of taebo and the ellipitcal

I used to workout every day for an hour or two, but that was before I got bored of it. It was Dance Dance Revolution, and I could do expert and I would do it every day like, obsessively. But now it's kinda old and I dont like any other kind of exercise unless its fun. My favorite is swimming, but I hate going swimming in the winter. I like walking, but again, in the winter I hate being out in the cold. I have a nordic track, but its boring and torturous and the bar is broken. Lol, I have a lot of excuses to why I dont exercise, but once I join a sports team I wont.

I do 6 days of Aerobic exercise about an hour each and Weight lifting on each day.
Sunday Aerobic, Squats, hams, and quads.
Monday Aerobic, Bench, Curls, triceps extension, Shoulder press, Lat pull downs.
Tues Aerobic, Lower body
Wed Aerobic, upper body
Thurs Aerobic, Lower body
Friday Aerobic, Upper body
Abdominal Sun to Friday.
Saturday is rest day both for full body recovery and religious reasons.

I work out 5-6 times per week.

Right now, my two fave workouts are TurboKick and yoga.

Twice , standing.

I use weights 3 times a week. I do core excerises 4 times a week.
