Loose weight.?!


Question: i wanna loose my stomach and make my legs smaller i currently weight 235. im just lazy and i have no job right now. im working on that though. im soo depressed and i just wanna get down to 145lbs. i need help from someone who was once in my shoes or is in my shoes and is working to loose the weight. or a personal trainer. i just want advice on how to start. any mean comments will be reported.

Last year I was 265 and getting bigger. I went to a local hospital that has a diet clinic and starting eating right and working out. I went down to 219, but I had an issue that made me quit and I have gained some of that back, I'm up to 234 as of this morning, so I am very much in your shoes.

What I did was this, at each meal eat protein, carbs, fruit and or veg. and water. Now the plan was alot like WW on how much I should eat. It was not hard and you get into a routine. I am now back on, but a big key is working out. It is cold and I can't walk like I like to and I can't get motivated, but I just need to change my mind about that.

You can do this and don't let the scale determine how you feel about yourself. I think that I am pretty cute, large but cute!

Exercise makes you feel better (releases the happy hormone), so that should relieve the stress and help reduce your depression. And also as you exercise, blood flows to the brain and it might give you ideas of how to get out of your situation.

try doing about 20 sit ups a day and increasing them as you get better at doing them. try walking instead of driving or taking the bus. walk up and down the stairs until you're tired. that should do the trick or at least get you down to 200 lbs.
also, eat more coloured vegetables to get you more healthier and they will fill you up more too. if you're peckish or feel like a snack, then munch on celery or carrott sticks
