Answers: Do multivitamins really make you feel any better or make you any healthier?

Yes multivitamins do make a difference because no body gets all the necessary nutrients and vitamins on a daily basis. And most women and children do not get the required calcium intake that is needed.

Also if you are an athlete or if you exercise or lift weights you should be taking vitamins to help your muscles and bones repairs themselves.

So yes they can help you to feel better, if you are lacking in iron you could feel week. A multivitamin can help keep those levels in check.

A multivitamin can't make you a healthy person. People who can benefit from them are those who have a diet of nothing but junk, otherwise what you get from a vitamin can be absorbed from even a semi-crappy diet.

Also, if you are a weight-loss fanatic and don't eat, take the vitamin. Otherwise, it really isn't hurting you either. If you feel better, take it, even though it may be a placebo effect.

sure, if you're deficient in any vitamin, it will definitely make you healthier or feel better, especially if it's something like low-iron, which is related to fatigue. and it's pretty hard to get all of the vitamins and minerals every day - not everyone's diet is so perfectly balanced. multivitamins can only help, so why not take them?

dude. taking supplements is not good for u
only do so when u are allergic to something that u really need (eg: Milk, or B12 for vegans)

if u just normally eat food, it would be the best coz all drugs have side effects.
it's like drinking protein shake...u don't need to drink it if u eat meat, chicken, beans, etc...all the protein goes to waste through ur pee + it over works ur kidney

same with multi-vitamins, if u eat healthy foods regularly, then excess vitamins will harm u...follow CFG (canada's food guide) and u'll be healthy...if u r in high-school then i really recommend u to take food and nutrition coz it is very helpful...and please, don't use supplements. if u need Vitamin C then eat orange...if u need Calcium the eat Bananas, if u need Vitamin A then eat green veggies and carrots, etc.
u can always google it up (what food give what vitamins)...hope that helps.
