Is this a good plan? What should I do to lose THE FAT.?!
Question: Ok. Umm. To lose 1 pound each week, I need to get rid of 500 calories each day right? Ok. Now I want to mix diet and exercise. So divide 500 in half is 250. So I want to burn 250 calories in exercise and reduce 250 in my diet. So I will eat at least 1500 calories each day. Which is a like 50 calories lower (not a lot) than my MBR, So 250 = 250 = 500 calories each day. I will burn 500 calories a day. Is this a good plan? Will this work? I will eat healthy throughout this plan and I will not eat junk food what so ever. I hope I will lose at least 1 pound each week. Is it possible? Please explain.

Try having every food group in your 3 meals a day. No or very little junk food, and try running [=
