Whey protein is a complete protein derived from milk, it is completely 100% safe and is used to make shakes and smoothies. You can buy it at most grocery stores, health stores, or online like at Amazon.

When trying to build muscle mass you need well over 100 grams of protein a day and most people do not get enough, so they take protein supplements like Whey protein or Soy protein (Whey is better I think).

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too!). You can go to
http://health-thin.info and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
