13 year old wanting to loose weight here?!?!


Question: Ok so heres the thing, i want to loose my belly, butt(some people say it's a good thing, but i don't) and thighs. I am 130lbs. It's a lot, I know that, but i'm not that big, however i am tired of my family calling me overweight. I need a plan like a exersize plan that i can do 2-4 days a week, but not that much 'cause i'm a little lazy. And i want to cut down on my eating, but not that much, just sugestions on things to eat and eating plans? I don't want to change a lot because i don't like that much change. Well please help. links on exersize positions and on good foods to eat well loosing weight will be helpful. Oh and i'm a girl. Thanks ?

When losing weight, you need to burn more calories then you consume. Your first step should be calculating your BMR (the number of calories that your bady attomaticaly burns a day); http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/b... < here's a site that'll help you calculate your BMR.
Second step; an exercise routine that'll work for you. If you are looking to lose body fat, cardio would work best. Maybe start off with 40-60 minutes of cardio three days a week. If that's not something you can do for whatever reasons, a good 30 minutes walk a day should do wonders for you. Just make sure that you're walking at a fairely good pace. You may also wish to tone some of your muscles. I'd suggest pilates/yoga.

Lastly, you need to change your diet a little. Try to cut out some of the 'bad' carbs. Bad carbs are things like potatos, white bread, white pasta/rice, etc. Consume whole wheat breads and brown rice. Chose lean meats. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. I'd also suggest taking a multivitamin. Stay clear of diet pills.

Sign up to play sports at school. You family shouldn't be telling you those things, that's just wrong!
