what about lean cuisine and weight watcher meals from the freezer section at grocery store...vegetarian lasagna is also good..as is bean caserole and meatless chili..all kinds of good stuff..and now you can use stuff like tofu for added texture in foods like chili and all the other stuff youd normally add meat too

you dont need to be a vegetarian its very unhealthy and so is only 1200 calries people think that eating will get them fat but it only will if you dont exercise you could way to much food but as long as you can burn it of it would be fine know im not saying your like that but anybody that reads my answer should keep it in mind if you have trouble working out ( like you have broken bones or cant walk) then its different you would have to eat less food

Breakfast: Bowl of fiber cereal with light soy milk

Lunch: Sandwich of whole wheat bread loaded with romaine lettuce, a whole sliced medium tomato, and 5-6 slices of cucumber. Use brown mustard if desired. A low-fat yogurt (if lacto-ovo) or a banana.

Dinner: Steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots on a bed of brown rice. Add soy sauce if desired. A bowl of miso soup (or any other clear stock based soup)

*This is below the 1200 calories you want because I didn't include healthy snacks. Eat a few mixed nuts through out the day to get in some protein or add a sliced boiled egg to your sandwich (lacto-ovo).
