You should be eating no less than 1200 calories a day. Less than that and you will NOT be getting the required minerals, fiber and protein that you need.
Sure, it's common for health folk to take one day and only drink water...sorta flush and cleanse the system....but that's one day every month or two.
Keep in mind that a proper diet, to loose weight, is high in protein, low on carbs, and very low in fat.
Good luck.

If you have accurately tracked your calorie intake, then 725 is probably not enough to eat.

725! way not enough food

You need to eat atelast 1200 calories - thats the LEAST.
Thats too little and that will not help your body at all, your basically starving yourself.
Try to eat a more balanced meals, try to intake 1200-1500 calories and work out for atleast 45min, an HOUR in perferred.
If you starve you'll be very unhealthy.

Biology Take on this:

If you dont eat enough food your body will shut down the matabolism and any thing you will eat will go into fat. Plus If not enough calories are intaken your body will digest MUSCLES NOT FAT. So if you starve and lose few pounds you lost muscle and probably gained few pounds of pure fat.

~~~Good Luck~~~
It takes an EXTRA 3000 calories to add a pound. It also takes BURNING 3000 calories to lose a pound. Your body needs a minimum of 1200 HEALTHY calories a day to just survive, as we naturally burn calories in everything we do...even sleeping. I don't know your height/weight, etc. Sticking to 1200 calories of lean proteins, healthy carbs, low sugar fruits and colorful veggies and lots of water should help you to lose at least 2 pounds a week. :Losing 1 to 2 pounds a week is the healthiest way to lose weight, and the most successful rate for keeping the weight off.
Go to www.nutridiary.com...they will help you calculate how many calories a day you need to lose weight based on height,weight, etc, and it is FREE!!!
