Is it ok if i take sweet snacks after heavy work out and protein shake?!

Question: Not really... the protein shake is a good option, i usually have a protein shake after working out at the gym, thats good especially because it's 'feeding' your muscles and your body usually craves for protein after a workout. I wouldn't really reccomend 'sweet snacks' though because of all the sugar, Youd just have a mad sugar rush and then your body would begin to 'slow' down. All the sugar is stored as fat too if it's not burnt off so just stick to the Protein shake, If you really had a sweet tooth then why not eat some fruit or maybe a low-fat yoghurt.
