Is this an okay diet im doing?!


Question: around 12 pm i drink a yogurt smoothie that is 90 calories, then when i got home around 3 i eat tuna with a bread or sometimes soup. Then tons of water and then around 7 an apple and grapefruit. I do 200 pushups a day, I run about like 5 min. non stop, 50 pushups, and I also i'm in a dance and karate class. I REALLY need to lose weight in like 4 months. Do you think I'll make it like this?

You're not eating nearly enough food... Carbs are needed to burn fat, since your active this won't be a problem. A quick crash diet "anything under" 1200 cal. isn't safe for the body.

You're doing a good job at working out and I assume the 5 min of running non stop is supposed to be 5 miles right?

I would also advise on adding some weight training to your workout regiment. Weight training destroys calories as well as toning you up and slimming you down. Just keep the weight low and reps high.

Now how much weight are you wanting to lose exactly in 4 months?

your eating too much food. the exercise plan is great but keep the calories under 600 a day and you will lose weight.

No, you are not eating enough calories and you should be eating breakfast to get your metabolism burning. Go to webmd.com and look up their calori counter to determine how many calories you should eat during the day based on height, weight and exercise level. The ideal weight loss program actually says you should eat 3 healthy meals and 3 healthy snacks during a day. I know it sounds crazy to eat to lose weight but if you don't, your body will think it is starving and start storing fat.

The key is to eat the right amount of calories and then increase exercise to burn calories. You're active but make sure you are doing cardio for at least 20 min without stopping at least 4-5 times per week.

you are not eating to much....I think your plan sounds great

my plane
morning I drink a glass or two of water
12 noon rice cake 2 or more cups of water
6-8 I feed my baby oatmeal and I eat what ever he don't eat

I lost 4lbs in a week
