Healthy weight loss is all about developing and maintaining healthy habits. Stay active, but try to focus your activity into some kind of cardio activity like walking, riding a bike, or just dancing around the house, for 10-20 minutes a few times a week. Then build up to longer "workouts" as you feel more comfortable and want to challenge yourself. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to the grocery store, or any other way to decrease sedentary habits, is helpful as well. As for food, cut back on sugar, white flour and fatty meats and dairy, and upping your intake of veggies (not starchy ones like corn and potatoes, which are like eating white bread), lean meats and whole grains, will make a big difference. Think about what you eat, and splurge every once in a while. I lost 45 pounds about ten years ago, and once I got past the bad habits, it's been easy to maintain. Good luck!!

Try Juice Plus. I did. Juice Plus is fruits and vegetables in capule form. With plenty of water you will stay full. Also try Juice Plus Complete. It's in powder form. I use it to make smoothies in the morning and I stay full for hours. I've lost 10 pounds so far. The website is www.juiceplus.com/+tc84591. There are Juice Plus gummies for children as well. Hope this helps!

You have to keep in mind that although you are working alot and moving around that is not really halping or making you lose weight..it helps to keep the pounds off dedinately, but an excersize workout is steady and continuous for like 30 min or so..heart rate up and all..people get that confused, just cuz you move alot on the job does not mean your getting good excersize..it is excersize but not the kind thats going to make you lose weight..

continue doing what you're doing...watch the "white stuff"...i have found i'm losing weight, ....(want to lose 50)....just by cutting out the "white"....anything with white flour, white sugar, ...etc............i dont eat. make sure your food is whole wheat, ....and not just partial whole wheat, a lot of items are very deceiving, it should say 100% wholewheat...
...also i dont eat after 6pm, ....i'm down 9lbs this month and thats not too much, its simply due to the fact of how i've changed my habits. also keep exercising, and good luck
oh and def keep a food diary, ..you'd be surprised how much off we are when we guess at our calories....take in less calories and burn more, you'll lose for sure.

I can suggest you the following:
Start a diet - Japanese diet is good for beginning, moreover you will continue burning fat after the diet as well.
Exercise - it can be just walk (5 km per day at the beginning), run, dance, swim.
Change the diet after two weeks - start new one, continuing exercising. The secret is the body not to get used with the particular diet.
Do not give up if you do not lose weight as fast as you want. The body needs time to react.

Good luck!

You've got to get a membership to a gym. Don't do it at home, believe me it's not the same. If you need to skip a workout at home you don't feel guilty, because it's free. Come up with a routine, or have someone else do it for you, and stick to it. Even on those days when you get home from work, and don't feel like going, you MUST go. You can't put it off.

The real secret-portion control. You probably find yourself getting very hungry because of your active lifestyle, but the best way is to gradually limit your portions. Avoid cheeses, deep fried, red meat and pork and you should see some reduction. Ideally, a 1500 calorie a day diet with a good 20-30 min cardio workout should yield results. Another caveat: stay away from alcohol! It will destroy your diet.

try the 3 day diet, you will get great results quickly and can lose up to 10 pounds if you follow it as directed. i like to use it to get me motivated and see great results fast!
