Getting stronger...REAL ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE.?!


Question: Hello, I would like someone to please give me some tips as to how I can build of strength in my arms moderately quickly. I also ask that you not suggest weights, as I have none and am pretty much broke. Basically, I would like to make my arms and legs stronger/bigger. Please only real answers not just comments, as I would really like to know an effective way how to do so. Please keep in mind that I have no money, and I'd like to gain this strength very fast and effectively. REMEMBER: REAL ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE, I DO NOT WANT JUST COMMENTS OR RANTS.

Look, I know that you're going to have to change your meals a bit to include more proteins.
protein is what helps you gain muscle, so with a lack of enough protein, doing all the pushups you want ain't gonna help.
I guess for strong arms/legs, try pushups, chinups, dips, leg raises.
I guess a good set is about 50.
