Where can I find a food diet plan for a 13 year old?!

Question: I was wondering that because I really need to lose weight, and I have been exercising, but I have no idea what to eat, and I don't like eating veggies by itself.

Any ideas, where I can find some good recipies or even a diet plan for a 13 yr old wanting to lose weight?

I'm 158 cm, and weight 61kg.

Please Help.

Well, you're only 13 so you don't want to "diet" You will want to change your lifestyle while keeping in mind your body will continue changing for the next 5 years or so! First, you need to be active! Your 13, join some sports, ride your bike, go running, swimming, walking a dog (if you don't have one, offer to walk your neighbors!) playing outside is the best way to lose weight!
Also, for eating, cut back on high sugar foods, fried foods, soda, etc, eat more vegetables, fruits, nuts, lean meats (chicken, turkey, fish etc). For snacks you can eat things like string cheese, fruit, sugar free jello or sugar free pudding, a pickle... etc.
Make sure to try to eat 5-6 times a day, (every 3 hours or so),small meals and snacks, this will boost your metabolism and keep it burning fat all day.
Here are some easy, healthy low calorie snack and drink idea's that you probably have all the ingredients for in your kitchen!

Hope this helps get you started, the MOST IMPORTANT thing is to stick with it! Good luck!

Just stop eating enriched white flour, pizza, buns, pasta, and etc, enjoy the meat, and no more soda of any kind.

See if your parents will take you to a registered dietitian.

I do know you should stop drinking soda and eating crisps and fried foods

what you should do is buy organic foods when you go food buying look at the total calories and saturated fat. you could write down what you weigh each week then write down the calories, fat, sugar of what you eat and take a look of what you have consumed and talk to your parent(s) about it.
