Fitness help?!


Question: I'm fourteen years old. I weigh about 113lbs.
I think I'm in pretty good shape.
But I do have a real thick stomach.
I want to lose some inches on it.
And I also want more muscles everywhere.
I need to know what exercises to do,
how long I should workout,
how many days a week,
when will I see results,
what foods I should eat,
and everything else in that catagory.
Please help me, no rude answers.

For the the abs do these exercises (30 minutes a day, 6 days a week);
- lay on your back and lift up both legs + hold, then curl your feet and bring them to your chest; then repeat.
- sit so only your butt is on the ground (feet in the air) and twist somewhat fast (torso right, legs left then vice versa); the farther you twist the better your results
- hold the 'up' push-up position (at least 2 minutes)
- core hold; make ^ shape with forearms by holding hands then do the 'up' push-up position (at least 2 minutes)

For more muscles 'everywhere' do some cardio exercises; running, swimming, pogo-stick jumping, or jump rope is what I'd recommend (about 22-24 minutes 3-4 times a week). Keep a constant pace as much as possible.
Eat healthier as well; fruits, veggies, juices, milk, water (limit bad foods and sugary foods, especially pop).
