I want to lose at least 15 pounds by the end of February.help?!


Question: I especially want to focus on my thighs and arms. What is the best way to lose fat in those areas? PLEASE HELP ME, I've lost 30 pounds in four months and then this past two months I can't seem to lose a pound!! I've just been the same, I feel like I'm watching what and how I eat and exercising lately only to "maintain" my current weight and its driving me crazy!!!! Thank you everyone for your help!

have to vary your workout and diet on a periodical basis. using the same routine and diet will not challenge the body to burn more.

1) Keep it simple first

Apparently you have hit what is called the wretched plateau when dieting. Pretty much what you have to do is switch your routine around a bit. Eat a little bit more then usual one day and less the next. Work out a little less or a little bit more. Etc. Just change it each day. Be sure to do different workouts as well, as your body adapts to the same things you do within time. :)

ok, let me help, i had the same problem. first i went jogging 3 times a day, then for lunch i had a saled with no dressing, and if your really hungry eat your favorite fruit! good luck!

welll the reason you lost so much weight is because it is alll water weight now you need to get ride of the fat.....so i suggest you join a gym and go to www.discoveryhealth.com and go to the national body callenge and join..let us know....GOOD LUCK!!

WOW you have done so good..sounds like you hit a plateau just change things up a bit do things you haven't done in a while ...your doing good so far DONT let this STOP you..the last 15lbs is always the hardest but it is SO worth it... GOOD LUCK.. p.s. do not take diet pills you will gain the weight back plus some when you stop taking them
