Biceps gets bigger with no peak?!


Question: I have trained for over a year now but my biceps only gets bigger but there is no peak when I flex. Help!

Yep, BillBeerstein was correct. The sometimes coveted "peak" comes from genetics and not from some magic exercises.

Physiologically and anatomically, there's no reason to expect the middle of any muscle to grow discernibly faster than other parts of the same muscle fibers based solely upon exercise selection. - Stephen

You must not have the proper genetics to have bicep peaks.

close grip, about 2 inches, ez standing, or preacher, or sitting with elbow on inner knee, then squeeze at top.

Try doing more pull-ups with a under hand grip...not the machine, just good old fashion pull ups on the bar. Peace.
