Bulk up arms, legs and stomach?!
Question: I'm 6ft and are a bit overweight. I want to bulk up my arms legs and stomach muscles. But I have to be able to do this mainly at home, I have like social anxiety and stuff.
Will things like pushups, situps and I can ride a exersize bike for my legs, will they be enough to bulk me up?

To bulk up takes heavy weightlifting. The muscles respond to the added demand by rebuilding larger and stronger. Non-heavy weights (higher reps) improve cardio vascular and endurance but does not "bulk up". Ever see a bulked up marathon runner?
