Anyone got a really good fitness routine?!

Any workout will help just do all the ones you can think of around your house, or out doors, the more you move the more muscular and strength you will gain.

But it also depends on your diet. The best way is to eat nothing but and a lot of fresh raw green vegetables and fruits along with some low fat meat (Cook the meat). This is the best way to build up the nutrients in your body for your energy and muscles and over all great health.

well i play basketball for at least two hours a day, i also have a good diet, and then before bed i do sit-ups and pushups.

yeah, turn on the cd and dance like crazy every day day. easy AND FUN!!!! for an hour a day.

i wake up at five every morning run two miles go to the gym work out for about two or three hours and hopefully get some sex from my girlfriend ha ha thats my "fitness" routine

Join a school sport like wrestling, that will whip you into shape for sure
