Has anyone used Alli to lose weight? What results?!

Question: I tried it for a while and it somewhat worked but not all that great. Also I was diagnosed with thyroid disease after starting it so I had to stop anyway because it would interact with my thyroid meds. Just make sure you don't have more than 15~20 grams of fat per meal or you will have the side effects.

Better ware a Diaper if you try it. This is what I've heard about the stuff.

I did and it helps if you're really dedicated to the diet. It'll help speed up the weight loss a little. You'll see grease when you go to the bathroom...eew...

I agree with the others... my friend used it and he said when he woke up the next morning, it looked like there was pizza grease all over his bed...... enough said i think!??

Yeah, I'm on it. It isn't the nicest subject to talk about, but it does work. You will get discouraged for the first week. It will really screw with your bathroom habits, but after a few days you get on a schedule and it's alot easier to manage. What it will do, besides have you second guess every fart, is change your eating habits. I have learned to stay away from the foods that will "Blow Me UP" in the bathroom. I believe the Alli diet may actually be more mental then physical.
