Is this just a fase and i will just grow out of this?!

Question: ok well, i am a bit overweight i guess im 15 and i way around 160-ish last time i checked, and i will be turning 16 in early early september

and all of my fat is literally all in my upper body.
my legs are really thin, my arms too but i just have a fat belly and man boobs. my face is a little chubby but not too much, i wouldnt complain if i didnt lose any weight in my face.

but anyway my question is am i gonna have to start a diet plan and excersice to lose the weight? or maybe its just a phase i am in and ill naturally burn off the fat. and will my man boobs go away? (one is kinda sorta bigger than the other but not enough to notice, so maybe is that man boobs disease i forgot the name or just excess fat)

also just to let you know my doctor did say not to lose any weight because itll interfere with my growth.

Hey,
Im a 17 relatively healthy young male who has gone through what you have gone through.
I was the chubby kid in my class, and just like you i had the symptoms of the man boobs and belly, even my face, arms and legs where thin, just like you.

If you dont take the steps to change yourself now, you'll become the "Comic Guy" on the Simpsons. You have to change from Now.

The best thing i could of ever done, was go with some friends to the gym.
Within weeks i saw changes. My man boobs are now pecs (although still have a bit of flab) and my 6 pack is slowly showing through,
Its a long process but your self confidence goes up, and by the time you get to my age, chicks will be jumping to you :)

I must say though, if your arms are skinny like mine were, its the hardest to put muscle on. So train your bicepts and tricepts twice a week to even your pec - to arm ratio.

So what i'd recommend is, hit the gym, get into the weights.
Your added mass will help you lift more weights, hence grow muscle at a faster rate.
You will notice some hardness in your pec's and your arms will bulk up within a few weeks with lean muscle (because your body doesnt store fat into them). Make sure you do cardio twice a week. And buy a protein shake it'll keep you motivated.
Once you've worked out weights till about 4 months before summer, start hitting low carbs high protein diets, with cardio exercises daily (fast walking will do),

Good luck, HANG in there.
You come home some times and you think its worthless, but you will see changes eventually.
Never settle for anything less then your goals.

it will interfere if you start working out hard.
Ok, try running a bit more, lifting a bit more, buy some supplements, and try to cut down on the sugar/water a little.

it could be water fat, but running will burn the fat and lifting weights will burn and build your muscle. sugar just adds fatt too, but it is hard to get away from. goodluck =]

If you didn't get that way from eating junk food and not exercising your fine but if you eat junk food and will continue to do so without the exercise you will not improve much.
