Question: tone up my thighs or pretty much tone up my whole body and get rid of my love handles? I'm 18, female, 5'4 and 125pds. I want to tone up and lose a bit of my belly for the summer anyone have any good suggestions, dieting tips, exercise tips? THANKS!

i reccomend you go to a gym, if u cant do that do step ups and skipping will work well for your legs and then sit ups for your waist

Dieting: For a whole week, get a notepad and write down EVERYTHING you eat/drink. Write down the information about how many calories, fat etc. you are consuming. After the week, look at your calorie intake.

Next, look for a calorie calculator online (http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie... Compare your activity level with how much calories you should be eating and start from there. I would suggest eating lean meats, limiting fat and sodium intake. However, don't completely cut out foods you enjoy since it will only make you want them more.

Exercise: start small. work out 10 minutes 4-5 times a week. Increase your time by like 5 minutes each week until you can do 30 minutes. Try running, or a gym.

Mix cardio with weights or push ups/sit ups. If you increase your muscle mass, you will increase your metabolism.
