Exercising question??!


Question: I'm starting an exercise routine tomorrow..I'm going to be incorporating cardio and pilates together. Should I do cardio workouts then pilates or the other way around? Can I do pilates every day or should I do it every other day like cardio workouts? I'm planning on doing a 50min pilates video and additional 45-60 minutes of hardcore cardio workout. Will I be able to lose weight and tone up my body following this routine and a strict diet of no junk food, sodas, sweets, low carbs etc? THANKS!

Some people say cardio first so that you get your heart rate up and then anything else after this will burn more fat quicker but it really does not matter. It is always good to chop and change your routines so that you don't get bored and also to keep your body guessing.

The more you challenge yourself, the better the results. You will eventually hit a plateau with your training so remember to up your exercise plan to keep challenging yourself.

Cardio and pilates together are great, one will burn the fat and the other is toning and building muscle which will then help you burn more fat with muscle tone.

Doing pilates everyday is up to every different individual, your body will tell you what it can do so remember to listen to what your body says or you may hurt yourself.

wow...thats a pretty hard core work out....u will get the job done....always do cardio last

Do whatever keeps you excited about working out. That is the most important thing.

you should alternate and do pilates- mon, weds n fri
and cardio on other days, that way on the cardio days ur muscles will recover and u wont feel fatigued.
you will lose weight, if u do the following
1. eat low carb, claoie, fat foods
2 always have brekki, it kikstarts ur metabolism
3. espressos speed up ur metabolism also
4. dont have alcohol
5 eat small emals regularly
6 dont eat late at night!
and get a good nights sleep!

Start out slowly and build yourself up to the intense workout. Do your cardio second...but remember the biggest reason that people quit working out is because they either burn themselves out or the over do it. Good luck.

it depends on ur body composition like ur fat, ect. cardio is good for reduce ur fat that got deposited
