In order to lose that poof of fat, you need to follow my ABCs of nutrition: no alcohol, no bread and no starchy complex carbohydrates like potatoes and pasta. You should also do 30 to 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise three to four days a week and a few exercises that focus on the oblique and the lower abdominals, like these:

1. Plank Abdominals with Alternating Leg Lifts: Get into the pushup position, but instead of being up on your wrists, put your forearms flat against the floor. Lower your hips into the ground and then, as you press up from your heels, lift one leg. Alternate legs and make sure to keep your abdominals contracted throughout the movement and hold your body parallel to the floor. Do 10 repetitions for each leg.

I'd try crunches, and sit ups, if you want there is a dvd called hip hop abs, it worked for me, you can find it in stores. For your legs running may be good, and squats and lunges

legs:

Things You'll Need

* Blankets
* Travel Pillows
* Carry-on Bags
* Pillows
* Newspaper
* Fitness Magazines

Steps:

Step One

Raise your heels to work your calves. With a carry-on bag, a stack of magazines, or a heavy Sunday paper on your lap for resistance, plant the balls of your feet, lift your heels from the ground, then lower them.

Step Two
Try toe raises, too. With your heels on the ground, lift your toes upward. Either hold them in place or raise and lower them.

Step Three
Work those thighs with leg extensions. Placing your feet underneath the seat in front of you for resistance, try to lift your legs as you contract (squeeze) the muscles of your thighs. This can also work without a seat in front of you. Simply extend your legs forward and hold.

Step Four
Lean forward as though you're going to get out of your seat. When your rear end is barely off the seat, hold that position. See how long you can hold it, using only your arms for balance.

Step Five
Strengthen your inner thighs. Place a pillow, blanket or small carry-on between your feet. Try to lift the item off the ground and squeeze your legs together at the same time. You can also place the blanket, pillow or other soft object between your knees and squeeze.

Step Six
Burn those buns with a gluteal squeeze. While sitting, squeeze the muscles of your rear end. Hold, then relax.

stomach:

* Place your hands on the floor aligned under your shoulders and extend legs behind you close together, balancing on balls of your feet and hands.

* Pull your abs up and in, drawing your tailbone down, so your body forms a straight line from head to heels. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and down and keep your head and neck in a neutral position [A].

* Keeping torso and hips even and your toes on the floor, lower left knee to within an inch of floor [B].

* Straighten your left leg, maintaining plank position, and immediately lower your right knee to complete 1 rep. Continue alternating legs to complete set.

Mistakes to avoid

* DON'T let your back arch and belly drop toward the floor as you lower and raise your knees; this stresses your neck, spine and back muscles.

* DON'T rotate or rock your hips; this decreases the exercise's effectiveness.

* DON'T let your shoulders overshoot your hands, which may stress your wrists or throw you off balance.
