Split routine?!

Question: monday/thursday = chest/triceps
tuesday/friday = back/biceps
wed/saturday = shoulders/legs
sundays off

how does that sound? should i change something?

right now im doing full body work outs, but i think ive been overtraining some body parts, so i want to try to split them and give them more time to rebuild.

Fine, as long as the time frame is reasonable (NOT 4 hours)

do abs twice a week. do shoulders and legs seperately. legs should be the hardest day(u have to really work them hard). the shoulder has 3 heads you need to work posterior, anterior, and top of deltoid. side lateral, front raise, military press, shoulder press, upright rows, maybe arnold presses

Just a quick tip, I'm sure you do but just in case, you should definitely find a balance between cardiovascular and muscular workout. :D
