Exercise question??!


Question: I'm starting an exercise routine tomorrow, a little about me I'm 18, female, 5'4, and 125lbs...I'm doing this because I think I really need to get my b00ty back into shape before summer comes around..I'm going to be incorporating cardio and pilates together. Should I do cardio workouts then pilates or the other way around? Can I do pilates every day or should I do it every other day like cardio workouts? I'm planning on doing a 50min pilates video and additional 45-60 minutes of hardcore cardio workout. Will I be able to lose weight and tone up my body following this routine and a strict diet of no junk food, sodas, sweets, low carbs etc? THANKS!

Simple answer jenn yes you will be back in to shape before summer comes around! My sister lost 18 lbs doing pilates, and jogging for 45 minutes 3 times a week within 4 months. Same diet as you low carb, no junk food, soda , and sweets. Be sure to eat 6 small meals a day (a meal every 2-3 hours).

You sure are taking on a lot at one time!.. I would say do Pilates one day and the Cardio ones the next, and keep rotating them... 1/2 hour of each per day will be the best. Make sure you get some wholesome carbs in your diet, because you need them for energy. Eat a good breakfast and include whole wheat toast, yogurt, and cereal and fruit juice. Eat plenty to protein including nuts, beans lentils., some meat. Good Luck.

I think natural things are good for body. plz don't try to do any hard exercise.b'coz so many serious problems probably happen. like appendix, acne problems, spinal problems, knee joint fractures, muscles pain etc.
the simple mathod for good figure and health is to drink 500ml warm water with so much mild lemon juice and jogging early in the morning around 2 to 5 kilometers daily.
aerobics is also good but under guidence of any professional teacher.
your stomuck can't weigh more then 250 gms of food so maintain the ratio of food by every 4 to 6 hours.
empty stomuck will make problem of acidity and constipation problems. DON'T DRINK COLD DRINKS AND COLD WATER.
