Hello there i need some answers about "man boobs"/chest fat?!

Question: hello there im 15 and i join to ask a question about chest fat.

after i hit puberty i started getting more chest fat or what some call man boobs. now im 15 and i see the chest fat or "man boobs" sort of are annoying and a burden. i want to get rid of them because they suck.

how can i get rid of them soon i will start working out at a gym tommorow night. i will do excerise to focus on my chest and use the tredmill for a while. i want to get rid of these "man boobs" and are going to start trying hard to do so. i start today with no more coca-cola and no more caffenie drinks and no more junk food like mcdonalds or burger king. i start today by eating healthier and drinking more water and better beverages. .

i need to know what i should work on at the gym?

what should I do at the gym? i must lose these "man boobs" and wont back down or go down without a fight. my goal is to lose them and live better. i must not back down and quit. i will try hard

You can do it! BUT you won't do it by ONLY focusing on your chest. When you focus on one muscle group or one area, this is called spot reduction... its not effective. Instead you need to focus on your whole body, you will lose weight evenly and therefore the rest of you will benefit. Cardio workout and weight training combined is the most effective way. When you go to the gym, get on the treadmill and walk at a pace of around 5-6km per hour ( ask the instructor to show you) for 10 minutes then increase the speed to 7km/p/h. If you can jog for 2 mins then walk for 2 mins, this is great fat burner and great way to increase your fitness. eventually, increase the time on intervals of jogging and walking and before you know it, you'll be fit enough to jog without walking. Once your you have completed this for about 20 mins, make sure you slow you pace at the end of 20 mins to cool down a little. for weight training, mix it up each gym session for example: after the treadmill( or bike if you prefer)
day 1. Chest press: 3 x 6-8 repetitions ( chest)
Pec decs: 3 x 6-8 repetitions (chest)
Lat pulldowns:3 x 6-8 repetitions ( back)
seated row: 3 x 6-8 repetitions (back)
( this may sound confusing, you will need the instructor to show you which machine to use and correctly perform the exercise) when i say 3 x 6-8 reps, it means for example: do 6-8 chest presses- 3 times. after each set of 6-8 have a rest for 1 min before doing the 2nd set and so on.

doing chest exercise on its own will only cause your shoulders to invert, like a really bad slouch which is not good for your posture, include back exercises to tighten your back muscles and pull your shoulders back, so your posture is upright.

it sounds like alot, but really, you'll need to allow about 45-55 mins to do the lot! and when you think about how many hours are in the day, its only one of those hours at the most. Most gyms have weight traing classes aswell, this is definately worth a try and because they are generally set to great music, you'll be motivated and feeling really good about yourself.

ask an instructor to write you a program in order to include a total body weight training regime, in couple of weeks you'll be loving what you see!
My motto is: You only get out, what you put in!
work hard and you'll get results.
You won't regret it!

crunchs, using and execise ball because it helps u bend all the way bak and forth. And pushups, pull-ups, trunk twists, whatever focuses on the chest area. Ask someone at the gym if ur still not sure people there are trying to stay in shape same as u they will help.

Good for u for trying to do something about ur problem instead of sitting on ur butt and whining like a lot of teens 2day.

Definitly drink a lot of water, it fills u up if ur hungry still after eating and helps flush out ur system, which helps u lose lbs. sometimes.

use weights tat focus on ur chest and tat ya can feel the stretch of ur chest .hold two dum bells straight out so ur standing kik a cross and hold for 10 sec and repeat

You are correctly focused which is an excellent atitude for someone of your age. Exercise and the correct nutrition will remedy your problem.

But Hey! You will be using a gym so you will be given an induction programme by the instructor. Tell him/her your goals for using the gym, and you will be given a personalised programme.

i would suggest bench press.
that works your arms as well as your chest muscles
