How can i shed 15lbs in 2 weeks?!

Its pretty much impossible because 3500 calories=1lb. So you would have to lose 52,500 calories in two weeks or you would have to lose 3750 Calories a day which is basically impossible.

Safe weight loss is 2 pounds per week.

There is no safe way to lose that much weight in 2 weeks. Any weight loss of over 10 lbs in that time will be mostly water and will come back VERY easily.

If this is for some type of party or appearance, buy an outfit that flatters the figure you have now, do your makeup, and smile. You are probably the only one who notices the extra weight.

Not the healthiest thing to try to do. And even if you do manage to lose it that fast, you're only dropping water. The minute you drink liquids, it'll come right back.

Set a more realistic goal for yourself, and you'll be more sure of success.
