I just did cardio for 30min....?!


Question: I used this video called 'BUNS OF STEEL' it involves dance, marshall arts.....and something else I forgot! But anyways it was for 30min and Im just sooo tired right NOW, Im so SORE.....it hurts like a *****, I hate CARDIO!!
Im like sweating right now. But anyways how much calories did I burn?
Today I ate a little bit of junk - a cup of icecream and pretzels*
I hope I burned that JUNK off. I had a good healthy breakfast and lunch.
SO am I doing okay?
Will I see results If I do this 3x a week???

Yes you will, but give yourself rest days (e.g. do your cardio on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays, and rest on tuesdays and thursdays).

Eat plenty of carbs early in the day, especially on cardio days, and after your workout, eat some protein to help your muscles repair, otherwise they won't grow as well.

I believe you will see results in time, you'll also feel better, and have more energy. It can only be good for you.

Chemicals are released in our bodies when we exercise, so you'll have less of a chance of depression as well!
