If I do this, is it possible lose 3-4 pounds in a week?!

it is possible....i was doing research about that a few weeks ago and i have lost 14lbs since the new year. average human body needs about 2500 calories a day..... but if you only eat about 1500 (like i am) then you have 1000 extra calories a day burning fat..... it takes 3500 calories of work to loose one pound, so for me since i have been eating 1500 calories a day, thats 1000 cal left over a day which means 7000 calories a week that are eating fat.....thats at least 2lbs gone every week....plus drinking ice cold water burns calories to warm it up once its in your stomach.... i been exercizing 5 times a week, 3 days doing cardio (bike, running, swimming) and 2 doing light weight lifting for an hour each session.... grapefruits, and green tea are great too....the green tea speeds up your metabolism...... hope this was help....its working for me!

its all depends on your weight and height, but you may lose 3-4 the first week, but then it would be like 1-2 pounds a week, which is good because if you lose weight to fast you will gain the weight back even faster,so its better to take i nice and slow.
