I'm always hungry so I always go over my calories, what can I do?!

Question: I don't mind eating healthy but it seems that the healthy food I'm eating isn't making me full. I'm trying to eat fiber and protein to help keep me full, but I'm still hungry.
What have you found that helps to curb hunger?

have a glass of water with benifiber or another fiber substitute, it will make you feel WAY full.

Run it off.
Running is the only thing that will burn off the excess fat you have, and make you thinner.
And as far as curbing hunger, I don't think you need to. Just eat healthy and exercise, and you can eat as much as you need.

when you are really hungry just drink a glass of water.
it'll make you feel full.
and eat at reasonable times...breakfast lunch and dinner..
and have like 2 healthy snacks throughout the day.
drinking water instead of eating food really makes you feel less hungry..believe me...i loveee eating and i do it all the time

try eating alot of fruit... as much as you want untill you feel full. fruit is high in fiber, and very easy to digest (30mins.- 1hr.) and has a high water content, so it also helps with the daily recomended water intake

then why don't you go see a dietitian..or just go workout the calories at the gym or park...

a glass of water half an hour before your meal will help.
sensible eating and regular exercise then you can eat within reason what your heart desires.

are you drinking enough water? sometimes we think we are hungry when in fact we are just thirsty. we need a lot of water to properly digest our food and get all the nutrients out of the food and into our body. if you are properly hydrated, maybe you are lacking a certain vitamin or mineral. a good quality multi vitamin taken daily will cure this easily. Are you eating enough carbs? we all need complex carbs - whole grains, not white bread or pasta - to have enough energy. try wild rice instead of white, and whole grain pastas and breads. the more processed it is, the less healthy it is. last, if you just have the munchies or the urge to eat, get some celery, carrots, raw broccoli, raw cauliflower or bell peppers. they require a lot of chewing and crunching which may satisfy your body's urges. Hang in there. You'll find the solution.

Like you already mentioned, protein and fiber are said to curb hunger.

I too hav found that drinking water or green tea helps to fill you up. Sometimes when I feel hungry, I will drink water and then realize that I was just thirsty and probably a bit dehydrated. Also, carbonated drinks sort of fill me up, just because of all of the carbonation in there that can make your stomach feel a bit funny. lol

whole grains!! eat whole grains! they stick with you wayyy longer.

Go, to your doctor, ask for Phentermine, this will curb your hunger by far trust me. If that don't work then you may have to work on your emotional side. You can get the meds fill at sam's club for about 12.00 to14.00 bucks, good luck!
