first get rid of the fatty layer over the abs. you could work on your abs forever and still not see a differnece because you're only working in the muscle not the fat. try laying on the floor and lifting your legs up with a 5 lb. weight betweet your feet and keep them up for 20 seconds. increase the time every week. don't work them out every day, but every other day will show a difference.
