.75 isnt that much so i would say no... ease into it and add a little more distance each day. i started right around a mile and in a month or two i was running 3. i also sprinted the last stretch, just so i could get the most out of it everyday. just make sure to rest atleast one day of the week. You'll want to because your muscles will get really sore after 3 or 4 days.

Yes with a healthy diet and drinking water you should see results but try to increase the amount you run every week

yes it is! try to have a break girl, cos your muscles need some rest and besides you need to also do some other stuff like cardio and lifting weights. So yes it is bad to run everyday

no because i was in gymnastics and i had to run more then that every night just make sure your eating right

good on you.
running everyday is not so good for your joints long term.
mix it with some walking and swimming for all round fitness.
your cardio fitness will increase over time.

your not going to see results right away... so don't get discouraged. if you keep running , you will build muscle and then eventually he pounds will like melt off lol... but give yourself like 3-4 months for results.. don't just give up after 1 month because you only lost a couple of pounds..

no no no its not bad to run every day........you will see results and its better if you stick with .75 of a mile because it is less on your joints.

Yes you will see results if you are doing a low fat diet with it and drinking alot of water.

It is not bad to run everyday. I, myself, would actually love to be able to do that to! not only does running everyday keep you fit, it also helps you get better at endurance, especially when you do long distance running. However, don't push yourself to hard. You will definatly see some results, such as increased health.

What kind of results do you want to see? Weight loss? Fewer inches? Being able to run farther, run faster? If you want to see results, record your weight today, measurements of your chest, waist, hips, the time it took to run whatever distance you are running, write down the distance and the time. You should be able to see changes.

You can increase the distance you run by 10% a week.

If you go to About.com, check out their running information, it should help.

Good luck

No, its good, but you have to cut calories and add strength training to up your metabolism. Running is good for the heart called aerobics, you burn just a little fat. Walking is better because you don't deplete your oxygen levels as fast as running and strength training is anaerobic so you use less oxygen. No you Will not ever look like a man either. You will turn up the furnace in your body to burn more fat and gain muscle(tone). If you do more strength training the less you have to run or walk. Do that for heart health.
