I have lost 26lbs. and all I've had to do is cut out sugar. My doctor recommended I try it (I am not diabetic) since my father is diabetic, to avoid me becoming one. I just cut out sugar completely and I have lost the weight. I don't starve myself and I still eat regular food, in moderation of course, but I substitute artificial sweetner in my drinks or use something like Crystal Light. Also, I drink alot of water and instead of three large meals a day, I eat 5 small meals. Try it...it worked for me maybe it will work for you.

P.S. If you have time to exercise, add some walking or some other type of workout and that should help you even more!

Well, certainly don't binge or do anything crazy like that. What you should do is no eat ANYTHING fatty or sweet. I know they can be so indulging, but you gotta think positive. So just eat healthy foods, and 100 calories per day. And if your really having trouble, call like jenny Craig. They are seriously REALLY helpful!

Restrict your calorie intake and increase your activity level. You should be able to drop 2 pounds a week by consuming about 1300 calories per day and doing 30 minutes of vigorous excercise 5 or 6 days a week. Also throw in some weight training 2 or 3 times a week and you'll burn even more calories (plus it will tighten up your whole body).

What I did was eat a load of fibre-filled products. I would have yoghurt; sustain cereal and breakfast juice for breakfast, chicken; coleslaw; potato salad and some veggies for lunch and I'd have some form of caesar salad for dinner. When you're up for a snack, bite into some fruit.

Then while eating like this, I'd jog 3km; do 20 sit ups and 10 push ups a day. I lost 4 kilos (around 8.8 pounds) in one week, and gradually lost less as time went on.

I walked a mile a day without changing my eating habits. I just got into the habit of walking. I have lost 40 lbs.
What inspired me is I joined wieght watchers on line. It is cheaper than meetings at home and you get the same support. After my trial period was over, I kept the walking up. My doctor says you can lose that much every week without joining.

I would take a 30 minute walk after your last meal of the day (if possible) this will make sure you keep toned.

Eatting a healthy diet and drinking 8 glasses of water. Soda is very bad for you even diet. Try drinking green tea. You need to move more. Even if you exersize 3 times a day for 10 mins. You will burn more caleries a day. Don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed. Don't skip breakfast. Eating more fiber. Try oatmeal but, watch out for the brown sugar. Try sweetner. A 1/2 grapefruit, some low fat cottage cheese and sprinkle strawberry sugar free gelatin and some fat free cool whip together if you want something sweet. I love this and it fills be up.
Eat more steam veggies and chicken and fish. Chew your food slowly. You will enjoy the meal and you will get full. Eat more green salads. Try putting lemmon juice on your salad and in your water. When you go food shopping eat something before you go and make out your list. When you park your car. Park away from where you are going. Also try putting a picture of cothing like something sexy that you would like to wear on your frigerator. For snacking eat low fat popcorn, carrots, celery and fat free ranch. Stay away from pasta, bread, red meat and dark meat chicken. butter, mayo, cake, cookies, ice cream instead eat suger free popciles. If you do this. You will feel better and look better for life. I have done this for 2 years now and I lost 40lbs and i am 48 and I wear a size 4. And people think I am in my 30's I will have a peice or bit of cake or candy once in awhile. But, i do not crave for these things anymore. I love turkey sausage. I use egg whites instead of whole eggs. I also cute done on my salt and i do read lables. I do not eat fast food and I do not eat fried food. Like they say " You are what you eat" I hope i can help...Good luck and keep moving
