How does it feel to be a size zero?!

Question: I don't ever want to be that size but what are the benefits to it? Like one of my friends is a size zero and gross as it maybe its sometimes interesting to be able to see her bones stick out....and yes am trying to get her to eat the media sucks. Anyway how is the enegry level? Do you sleep more? Do you get colder then others? And how many calories do you have to eat for you not to gain?

And what made you become that size or even a 00 zero or a 000 zero? The media, magazines, parents, friends, or other?

I will admit am a size 6 but am tall so people think am smaller when am not , my height 5'10 but I remember looking at magazines all day and even had to stop watching tv for a year just to get my mind straight because I began to want to be thinner and would skip out on anything that you had to eat.

I was about that size a week ago (before I very unwisely went on about a 5 day binge due to some major depression over recent loss... :( :(). Anywho.... yes, you are more intolerant to cold when you have less fat. Before I lost weight (and it was 15 pounds to get that small) I was "the one who never got cold" and after I was "the one making everyone else uncomfortable with my portable mini heater". haha. But I only used a mini heater when I wanted to wear more skimpy pajamas around my house during winter.

I got that small by becoming a health freak who refused to take in any unnecessary sugar (for instance, I substituted this one organic brand of soymilk I used to buy that had 3g of sugar per half serving to an unsweetened brand that had .5g sugar per half serving). I was mostly vegetarian but even then I'd carry my half cup around with me and measure all the vegetables and fruits I was eating... was planning on buying a scale that would measure grams so I could be even more accurate. But, after a while, I could start eyeballing the portions.

Energy level- fine! I'd ride my bike everyday and hills were no big deal. I was healthy- "the one who can't catch the common cold".

I didn't really notice the smallness but I noticed the boniness. When I thought I was getting too bony, I started gradually adding unsalted almonds to my daily diet and putting a bit more Brewer's yeast in my morning cereal.

Initially, I became that small because I wanted to lose weight, but it eventually became all about nutrition and enjoying the control I could have over food. Food for so many people is about pleasure, but really... it doesn't need to be. If I was tempted by, say, lasagna, or a piece of banana bread, I'd take a teeeeny sliver... just a taste.... alongside my normal meal... and that would be 100% satisfying. If it turned out to be not as tasty as it looked, I'd just spit it right back out. Unhealthy food really isn't worth swallowing if it's not going to be amazing, yaknow?

I also enjoyed the control I had over my appearance.... it's really fun to read high fashion magazines and know you'd look just as great in all that couture. You also tend to notice more the fatness of other people.. and this sounds bad... judge them harshly because of it (their lifestyle choices, not really their appearance).

Right now I am loathing what my lifestyle and body has become! ICK! Poisoning my body with all that horrid food.... I am really glad I wrote this. Starting tomorrow with my usual soymilk, brewer's yeast, and fiber one and perhaps some berries or grapefruit slices!

im size 1, similar to size 0. everyone says..youre so skinny~
sometimes i eat a lot, but i dont get fat, i dont know why.
im quite good at sports.
we are just a normal person, well at least i am.
hope this answers your question! =]

size zero anorexics like to feel as light as air, having an empty belly helps them to obtain that feeling

i wouldnt know how that feels because i havent been that small since i was like 5 and i dont read beauty magazines or watch much tv or anything like that it only makes me feel uglier and fat.

a very serious disease and fatal at that. anorexia nervousa is nothing to play with, if your friend has a problem encourage her to get help before she dies. in the end that's what will happen if untreated. as for you, you need to get your head together and stop wondering what it's like to be this and that, because in the end you're only getting yourself into the same situation as your friend. i have a sister who was anorexic and it wasn't a pretty sight, because when she wanted to stop she couldn't, she ended up in the hospital. fortunately she didn't end up dead. so, sweetheart if you need help get help. don't fall into that trap; just remember there are people out there that do care and understand. i just so happen to be one of them. here's my e-mail jonsalchemy@yahoo.com don't be afraid to ask me any questions, i'm pretty smart.. try me!

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.thin-quick.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

um i'm a size zero because i eat super healthy and enjoy it. yet again, i'm also 5'2 so i'm pretty short and have to be skinny otherwise i will look disporportionate. and i was always skinny, and it feels pretty good.
