Which is better sit ups or crunches??!
Question: I am 6' 4' i weight 305 48 inch waist what will help me lose belly fat better crunches or situps i cant really do situps but i can do crunches pretty well and should i do leg raises and pushups and run if i do just these will it help me lose about 2-3 pounds a week

Crunches are better-they isolate your abdominal muscles.
if you do a well rounded workout for all bodyparts- and watch your diet-more carbs and protein-less fat and sodium-you should be able to lose about 2lbs a week.

crunches work the best. Thats how I lost weight. and I drank lots of water.
Bicycle crunches is one of the best exercises, but getting a lot of cardio and burning calories is the way to go if one wants to trim fat and slim down.
