How to do plea squats:
Stand with your feet spread wide apart and your toes turned out. Squat down until your knees are bent at ninety degrees. Then pressing through your heels, stand back up to a standing position. Repeat for 15 to 25 repetitions.

You don't. It has to be all over weight loss. But you can tone your thighs, and this will improve the way they look. I would recommend Pilates for this, it works wonders.

u can use a tredmill or even an eliptical if u go to the gym but if not run around ur block a few times a week and ull be in great shape!!!!!
