Is working out 4 times a week for approxmiately 1 hour.....?!


Question: too much, not enough, or just right?

I do about 45 minutes of cardio, and 15 minutes weights/abs....i'm trying to concentrate more on cardio right now to lose fat, but i'll concentrate more on strength training after some of the weight comes off.

Thats a perfect amount of exercise...but I suggest that you start your workout with weights... muscle burns fat more than cardio.. once you get at least 15-20 minutes of machines in, then go run on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes... you'll be thin in no time at all.

Sounds like the perfect amount to get and stay in good shape.
You will want to watch your diet....high in protein, fewer carbs and minimal fat intake.
