I'm bloated?!


Question: I just did a ton of sit-ups, and I read somewhere that sit-ups can make you look worse if you don't do some aerobics, so I went to use the treadmill when the extension chord started falling out, and it broke so now I am treadmill-less. My stomach looks extremely bloated and I think I pulled a muscle in my stomach because it hurts when I laugh or cough. How can I get my stomach looking back to normal before tomorrow?

just stop working out for the rest of the week, at least until next wed.. and drink PLEANTY of water (no more than 9 glasses though) because it will help you digest any unwanted food that maybe causing u to look bloated. Also, if you make something called "green water" which alot of people drink for digestion...it will also help. Just make sure to take it easy and don't eat too much bread for a while.

For the greenwater all that you do is take some of ur favorite vegtables (doesent matter what kind) and two small glasses of what and throgh it all in a blender. once its blended, drink it.

Its not about excercise its what you eat! you need low body fat that can only be broken down by diets that are strict! Oh and for the pulled muscle you shoulREST again REST and keep your fluids up good luck buddy!

You could have a hernia. See a Dr.

try drinking some water, relax. And dont eat too much sugary things. Possably you might have to use the bathroom? just a thought. Relax though.

take some peptobismol, as a result, your stomach will go down (hopefully)
you got like thaat because you worked your abdominal area too hrd.

pee... flush your system. bloating is essentially water weight. cut out the salty foods for starters. then sweat some of it out. if you can't run, create your own sauna in your bathroom by running some hot hot water for a little bit.

no matter what, however, you're not going to get it off by tomorrow, but it should be off by about saturday.
