The breakfast is good, but I think you need more food for lunch and something else with your dinner. Or maybe a snack in between breakfast and lunch, or a snack after dinner.
I would say Yes, I would add a snack before bedtime
I think it sounds like too few calories. I would estimate that only has around 600-800 calories for your whole day! You'd lose weight pretty quickly at first but I doubt you could keep it up very long, and if you did I think you'd end up malnourished. The lowest I've ever heard recommended for dieting is 1200 calories/day.

yes...but add in a yummy but delicious snack b4 bedtime..maybe a low fat piece of cheese or a lollipop...also, add in some veggies for lunch..
