Whats the best exercise to get bigger arms?!


Question: I'm going to give a seemingly stupid answer, because I'm annoyed by everyone who says they want big arms and then neglect the rest of their body.

I'm going to suggest you do squats!

Yes, they're a leg exercise, but they're the best exercise you can do because they cause a noticeable increase in the testosterone your body produces. This in turn will give your muscle building regime a fantastic boost, and it will also encourage you to keep working the rest of your body, because squats are the most rewarding exercise. You can push loads of weight, and progress really quickly, and the shot of testosterone really is very good fun. The endorphins flow liberally after doing them, and gives you the motivation to really intensify your routine when exercising your other muscles. Like arms, for example.

But make sure you use good form!

And for arms: bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, french press, and go for a decent power lifting exercise like clean-and-jerk. There's loads of good exercises. Don't just stick to one!

Pour money into the military-industrial complex.

The triceps have 3 heads where as the bicep has 2 so the triceps obviously need a bit more work.

drink protein drinks and dont exercise..lol

Compound exercises. Dumbell extensions, close grip press, cable pull but most importantly EAT MORE!

press ups, using a punch bag and weights

just do exercise like javerlin an things lke dat!
then test owt arm wrestling!
