How to get back on track?!
Question: Any words of motivation or tricks to not slack off on my routine exercise? I used to fast every Monday and Thursday. Go to aerobics class every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Jogging, swimming or aerobics on the weekends. But now, either something comes up or I'm just to lazy to get off my butt (which is getting heavier by day) HEELLPP!!!

I read an article which told me unless you change your ways your inner spirit begins to change and very few people no the secrets of reversing this affect. I think this has happened to you and perhaps you gave up a day from overtraining or work for watever reason but this has affected your inner soul which programs your daily actions. In order to get yourself to return to you old ways and get your butt off the couch follow these steps:
1. Choose your self image and how you want to look. Visualise yourself with a nice firm *** and perhaps you want those smooth love handles aswell but remember the first step is to visualise this in your mind. What I did was I put a picture up of a ripped athlete runner on the wall and stuck my face on it. You can to perhaps find a famous runner and just stick your face on but try to visualise yourself in watever ways with the body.
2. Write down your goal somewhere and what you wish to become for example. This is what I wrote at the time and now looking at back it really worked: I am so happy now that I have these set of six pack abs. You can finally see the definition I
