just wear ur best outfit and have ur hair done. Just feel confident in ur self if he didnt think u looked good he wouldnt be goin out with u
Drink hot water and lemon
If it's a weekend thing, this is what works for me:
- avoid dairy, grains and sugar
- replace breakfast and lunch with a shake
- have raw veggies for snacks
- have only veggies and lean protein (white skinless chicken, fish or egg whites) for dinner, with only a bit of oil
- drink lots of water thoughout the day (take your weight, divide it in two, then take that number as the minimum number of ounces of water to drink daily)
Sample day:
on awakening: large glass of water
Breakfast: shake (8oz plain soy or almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened berries, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseeds)
Lunch: shake + green salad (any vegetable you choose, but only 2 Tsp oil and lemon juice as dressing)
Dinner: steamed broccoli sauteed in 2 tsp oolive oil and garlic + grilled chicken breast with salt and cayenne pepper
Also exercise some: I'd recommend 20 minutes cardio and 20 minutes Pilates each day.

I know this probably isnt healthy but what i do is drink lots of tea and diet soda which are diuretic's which make you lose your water weight. this is healthy though: I eat all my carbs for breakfast so my body has all day to burn it off instead of letting it go right to my butt while i am sleeping and i eat salad for din din. No dairy either because it makes most people bloat because most people are a little allergic but dont know it.
