The opposite of everyone else. need to bulk up?!


Question: all right here i am. im pretty damn skinny and well i hate it. im about 5'8 and 105-110 and 14 year old male. trying stuff and edventually it might work but i need to keep lean to run fast but i just want to try to get bigger but not fatter

You're still quite young and your body will grow a long time in many ways - maybe some you don't even expect!
For now it would be good to eat regularly and 'cleanly' - ensure that you're getting all the things you need to keep your body growing well. Yes, exercise is good and protein helps repair damaged muscle after exercising so they can grow. But more important, is to take your time and be as healthy as possible in exercise and diet. Having said that, don't be afraid to spoil yourself with some treats sometimes!

Running will keep you pretty thin so if you want to add bulk you need to work out with weights and eat more protein to help build the muscles.
